User Agreement

Article 1 (Application)

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Service between the Company and Users.

Article 2 (User Registration)

Registration applications must be submitted by the method designated by the Company, and approval is at the sole discretion of the Company.

The Company reserves the right to refuse applications under the following conditions and is under no obligation to disclose the reason for refusal:

• Information provided in the application is judged to be inaccurate or falsified
• The application is made by a user who has previously violated this agreement
• Any other case in which the Company deems registration inappropriate

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

Management of user IDs and passwords is the sole responsibility of the User and must not be transferred or shared with third parties.

Any use of a User ID and password is deemed to be the action and responsibility of that User.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users agree not to perform any of the following acts when using the Service:

• Acts that violate laws, public order, or morals
• Any criminal act
• Any act that obstructs or damages the Company servers or networks
• Any act that may impede the operation of services provided by the Company
• Collection or accumulation of personal information relating to other users
• Impersonating other users
• Any act that would directly or indirectly benefit criminal organizations through use of the Service
• Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Users may not copy, replicate, distribute, upload, or otherwise transmit any portion of information or material obtained through Far East Exports web services.

Automatic data collection or exploitation of material or information obtained through Far East Exports web services is prohibited.

Article 5 (Restriction or Suspension of Service)

The Company reserves the right to restrict or suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice under the following conditions:

• Maintenance, inspection, or updates of systems related to the Service
• Force majeure events including earthquakes, lightning, fire, blackouts, or natural disasters
• Suspension of computer systems or communication lines
• Any other case where the Company judges it is unable to provide the Service

Under no circumstances will the Company be liable for damages or losses suffered by users or third parties due to suspension of the Service.

Article 6 (Restriction or Termination of User Registration)

The Company reserves the right to restrict use of the Service or terminate user registration without prior notice in the following cases:

• Any action that violates these terms and conditions
• Registration with falsified information
• Any other case in which the Company deems use of the Service inappropriate

Under no circumstances will the Company be responsible for losses or damages caused by such restrictions or terminations.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Company accepts no responsibility for information provided by users of the Service or on this website.

The Company accepts no liability for any losses or damages suffered by users or third parties under any circumstances, including those deemed to be caused by the Company.

The Company accepts no liability for damages or malfunctions caused by downloading or uploading files used in the Service.

The Company accepts no responsibility for transactions, communications, or disputes between users or between users and third parties regarding the Service.

Article 8 (Change of Service Content)

The Company reserves the right to change or cancel any provision of the Service without notifying users and will not bear responsibility for damages caused by such changes.

Article 9 (Change of Terms)

The Company reserves the right to alter these terms without notifying users, and users are bound by the updated terms.

Article 10 (Notification or Contact)

Any notice or contact between users and the Company shall be made according to the methods specified by the Company.

Article 11 (Prohibition of Transfer of Rights and Obligations)

Rights or obligations under these terms may not be transferred to third parties without written consent from the Company and may not be used as collateral.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These terms are governed by Japanese law.

In the event of any dispute related to the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the Company head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
